We’ve developed or worked on site selection for more than 15 ambulatory Surgery Centers across the Twin Cities. As one of the few real estate firms to understand the financial and operational implications of ASCs, we’re known for our ability to evaluate multiple locations in different municipalities and find the best fit for each healthcare organization.

Back-office/Administrative

More than 10 years ago, we helped the first healthcare clinical location move its back-office/administrative functions into the clinic’s physical space. And now, as more office and administrative functions are becoming virtual or hybrid, we are helping organizations reevaluate the need for collaboration and innovative space to fuel their growth.

Off-campus primary and sub-specialty care clinics

When the 2010 Affordable Healthcare bill passed, many clinics reviewed their locations and began moving away from the hospital setting, clustering clinical services and treatments closer to patients.

On-campus strategy

We help hospital systems evaluate how to best use their existing footprint and reimagine how the adjacent space can elevate the hospital’s patient experience. In some cases, clinics may consider moving off-campus, which would free up more space for the hospital’s operations.

Strategic land assemblage

As healthcare organizations evaluate their strategic plan, they often consolidate locations into one new space specifically designed for the new clinical uses. However, within the Twin Cities, many cities have limited space for new development. The ability to secure outdated buildings and vacant land requires in-depth CRE market knowledge and strong negotiating skills.
