Dan has been involved in commercial real estate for nearly 20 years and is an expert in the field of industrial real estate. His extensive experience working with distribution, manufacturing, and engineering firms provides a well-rounded platform for comprehensive strategic planning, corporate relocation, and site acquisition. Dan is a member of MNCAR participating on the Industrial Advisory Board, the St Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Association, and a member of TCN Worldwide. Dan currently resides in Mendota Heights, MN with his wife, Kerri and their three children, Sam, Natalie, and Ellie. Dan enjoys spending time with his family along with golfing, fishing, traveling, and volunteers as a youth sports coach.
Dan is a licensed real estate professional and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University. Dan graduated with cum laude honors.
