EXPERIENCE

Joe Jetland values building lasting relationships with his clients and colleagues. He believes in acting as a partner to his clients, working to first understand their unique requirements, then to create strategies to meet their real estate needs.

Joe started with Forte Real Estate Partners in 2022. He is working primarily with Dan Lofgren on the Industrial Team focusing on tenant/buyer representation. Prior to Forte, Joe worked for 10 years in sales and project management within the construction industry, specifically within the fire life safety and HVAC specialties.

Joe currently resides in Hopkins, MN with his wife Lauren and chocolate lab Frankie. When outside of the office, Joe loves to be active hunting, fishing, skiing, golfing, and spending weekends up north at the cabin.

EDUCATION

Joe Is a licensed real estate broker and a graduate of the University of St Thomas with a degree in Entrepreneurship.
