Wally has spent the majority of his career in the real estate and project management fields. Prior to Forte, he worked at larger corporate firms such as Cushman & Wakefield and Turner & Townsend. The team aspect and client focused values of Forte better suits his character. He has lead teams developing and constructing new ground up office and K-12 school buildings. He has managed hundreds of projects for clients renovating or relocating their offices.
Most clients are renewing leases and renovate or relocate their operations every 5-10 years. Wally enjoys helping clients navigate the complex process involved with projects. His strength is being able to translate project management specific language into layman’s terms. He is easily able to review complex construction site details and explain them in less complex language to each client’s project team.
His experience has been invaluable providing budgets and project related information to the internal Forte team early in lease review.
Wally obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University.
