Claire Langland-Johnson is the Portfolio Services Manager joining Forte in 2023. She has been involved in commercial and residential real estate for nearly 10 years, representing both landlords and tenants on behalf of publicly traded, private equity,
and REIT firms. With the addition of Claire, Forte offers a full-service commercial real estate platform. Her focus is to help clients understand the value, financial implications and the opportunities presented in their leases. She will work closely with the Healthcare, Office and Industrial Advisory teams to provide our clients the critical data to be able to plan strategically and make informed decisions about their commercial real estate.

Claire is the point of contact for our Portfolio clients with all lease related questions, while continuing to provide lease management, as well as demographic mapping and lease accounting services. Her responsibilities also include ensuring
that lease documentation is complete, data is verified and critical dates are managed and communicated.  She provides clients with monthly reporting on critical dates and lease expirations, as well as, ensuring that “pending items” are addressed and portfolio data is complete.

Claire is experienced in developing and implementing procedures and systems that streamline operations, along with managing a team of lease administration professionals. She has also worked on the private equity side overseeing lease due diligence and CAM analysis as part of the property acquisition process.

Claire is a self-motivated professional, a strong communicator with excellent analytical and organizational skills.  She is highly adaptable to change and process focused.  She will support all areas of the company-Advisory, Property Management, Project Management, Portfolio Services and Workplace Solutions.

Claire graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from Walden University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
