Trent Waterman
EXPERIENCE
Trent Waterman is a Senior Associate of Portfolio Services for Forte Real Estate Partners. Trent has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience and 16 years working in Lease Administration. He joins Claire Langland-Johnson on the Portfolio Services team, supporting office and healthcare clients. Along with Claire, Trent will be working closely with Steve Brown-Principal, Jim Jetland-Principal, Katie Trevena-Vice President, Ericka Miller-Vice President, Kate Damato-Senior Associate, Jaime Dritz-Client Coordinator, and Maddie Carroll-Client Coordinator.
Previously, Trent worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and Life Time doing lease analysis/administration work. He also brings experience from working at Best Buy as a Tenant Coordinator and Operating Expense Analyst. His first introduction into commercial real estate was through his work as a Property Manager at The Excelsior Group.
EDUCATION
Trent graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture/Real Estate.
