
Ray Helmuth
EXPERIENCE
Ray worked with The Excelsior Group for five years beginning in 2016. Ray managed corporate accounting and payroll, expanding his knowledge of financial software and automating processes where possible. He took on the role as the leader of the Excelsior sports teams and the fun committee. Ray is a true competitor and is great at getting everyone involved and feeling part of the team.
Ray was hired at Forte in 2022 as Accounting Manager. His has continued to gain responsibility to oversee corporate and property accounting, as well as payroll. He has experience with accounting programs such as Yardi, QuickBooks, and Skyline. Ray picked up where he left off at The Excelsior Group, helping out on the Culture Committee at Forte, organizing fun events for the team.
Ray supports all areas of Forte-Advisory, Property Management, Project Management, Portfolio Services and Workplace Solutions.
