Forte Awarded Management of Southdale Medical Arts Building in Edina MN

Forte began its newest property management assignment Jan. 1 at the Southdale Medical Arts Building, as the company continues to build its management portfolio. Forte’s newest property management expert Jan Murphy, will manage the 15,884 sq. ft. multi-tenant medical office property located in the healthcare dominated Southdale area of Edina.
“This is an example of the expanding services Forte Real Estate Partners can now provide to its clients, which came from an internal referral from our advisory teammates,” said Chad Thomas, CPM, Senior Vice President-Property Management.
Southdale Medical Arts Building, located at 3625 65th Street W, was built in 1969, and is 100% occupied with two key tenants: Southdale ObGyn Consultants and Reproductive Medicine & Infertility Associates.
“We look forward to providing exceptional, full-service property management to all involved with the Southdale Medical Arts Building, including all service providers — janitorial, HVAC, engineering, exterior maintenance, etc. Additionally, we can offer guidance and support to the client as the partnership grows. It is an immense opportunity for us to expand our presence in the medical office sector while leveraging long standing relationships,” said Jan Murphy, RPA, Vice President-Property Management.
