Chad began his career in Seattle, WA as a Technical Director in theater production. In working with production venues from the Seattle Reparatory Theater to Microsoft Corporation, he gained valuable experience in physical building systems, team operations, and visionary thinking.
In 2002, Chad took a position as a Property Manager with Upper Midwest Management Corporation (UMMC) in MN. Over the past 20 years, Chad led and grew the Commercial Property Division of UMMC, managing all aspects of the business and over 3.1 million square feet of commercial assets. With his ‘hands on’ approach to problem solving and the care of properties, Chad developed extensive expertise in building systems and property operations. Chad takes a full service approach to managing his portfolio by overseeing budgeting, accounting, tenant and capital improvements and leasing contracts. Chad has represented both international and domestic clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial assets, including the negotiation of financing and the development of strong banking relationships.
Chad maintains the highest personal commitment to his clients and manages their assets to maximize the value and productivity of each property. Chad works to remain closely engaged with building tenants and his team delivers personal, responsive service for an exceptional tenant experience.
At Forte Real Estate Partners, Chad directs a team of property managers, accountants, and facilities personnel to ensure excellence in service and value for each of Forte’s clients.
