Lease Admin professional Trent Waterman joins Forte
Trent Waterman joins Forte Real Estate Partners to continue to build out the firm’s full-service commercial real estate platform. Trent has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience and 16 years working in lease administration. He was most recently at First National Realty Partners, where he worked as a Lease Administrator.
Previously, he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and Life Time doing lease analysis/administration work. He also brings experience from working at Best Buy as a Tenant Coordinator and Operating Expense Analyst. His first introduction into commercial real estate was through his work as a Property Manager at The Excelsior Group. Trent will be joining Claire Langland-Johnson on the Portfolio Services team as a Senior Associate working closely with Steve Brown-Principal, Jim Jetland-Principal, Katie Trevena-Vice President, Ericka Miller-Vice President, Kate Damato-Senior Associate, Jaime Dritz-Client Coordinator, and Maddie Carroll-Client Coordinator.
Trent graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture/Real Estate.
Outside of work, Trent enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, playing hockey, fishing, and curling.
