Katie Trevena, Dan Lofgren promoted to Senior Vice President
Forte sets the stage for continued growth with new leadership
Forte Real Estate Partners announced the promotions to senior vice president of two of the firm’s emerging leaders, Katie Trevena and Dan Lofgren.
Trevena started her career in property management, transitioning into real estate advisory about ten years ago. She focuses on healthcare and office tenants, bringing strategic portfolio analysis, site selection, acquisitions/dispositions, comprehensive cost analysis comparisons, and lease negotiations to her clients.
“Katie is a rising star at Forte Real Estate Partners and her promotion to senior vice president is recognition for her growth and accomplishments. Katie’s operational talent, communication skills and positive outlook are appreciated by both her clients and co-workers. Her ability to listen and understand the needs of the client and solve those needs is a key strength to her success,” said Principal Steve Brown. “We look forward to Katie’s continued role in the growth and success at Forte.”
Lofgren has been involved in commercial real estate for nearly 20 years and is an expert in the field of industrial real estate. His extensive experience working with distribution, manufacturing, and engineering firms provides a well-rounded platform for comprehensive strategic planning, corporate relocation, and site acquisition.
He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, a member of MNCAR participating on the Industrial Advisory Board, the St Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Association, and a member of TCN Worldwide.
“Dan is well deserving of his promotion to senior vice president. His client-first approach is evident with each assignment he takes. His expertise and market knowledge in the industrial sector is deep and his creativity in solving his client’s real estate challenges is his strength. We are excited about Dan’s promotion and look forward to watching Dan grow as an advisor and leader at Forte,” said Principal Jim Jetland.
Forte, one of the Business Journal’s 2023 Best Places to Work, celebrated its two-year anniversary last August and continues to grow its business for healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, private equity, medical device, non-profit, and professional services clients.
