Minneapolis, MN (Nov. 3, 2025) – Joe Jetland, who joined Forte Real Estate Partners in 2023, has been promoted to vice president– advisory. He focuses on industrial real estate users, completing more than 35 transactions in two years.

Prior to joining Forte, Jetland worked as a manufacturer’s representative for Ryan Company and APi, before deciding to connect his knowledge of manufacturing with his long-time passion for commercial real estate.

Beyond his professional success, Joe is a committed community leader. He serves as the 2025–2026 Chair of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Leaders Lab, contributes to MNCAR’s Emerging Leaders Committee, and actively volunteers through Forte’s Culture Committee, supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Feed My Starving Children.  Joe also served as 2024 Co-Chair and sits on MNCAR’s Emerging Leaders Committee.
