Forte Real Estate Partners Recognized as one of MSP Business Journal’s Best Places to Work

Minneapolis (June 16, 2025) – Forte Real Estate Partners has been recognized for the third year in a row as one of Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in the extra-small category. To receive the recognition, Forte’s employees need to answer a series of questions about the company’s benefit package, workplace culture, and leadership in a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace to determine the level of employee engagement and satisfaction.
Forte was established in 2021 through a merger of Paramount Real Estate and Excelsior Advisory. Partners Jim Jetland, Phil Simonet, and Steve Brown are all pillars of the commercial real estate industry, coming together after more than 30 years of representing clients and real estate owners in office, industrial, and healthcare.
“We are intentional about creating a culture that brings together our core values of collaboration, innovation, and community service,” said Jetland. “I’m so proud of our team and the level of passion that they bring to clients and each other.”
The Forte team provides strategic advisory and portfolio services, real estate acquisition and disposition, renovation and relocation project management, lease administration, and property management, helping clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, professional and financial services, non-profit, and private equity industries.
The Best Places to Work 2025 honorees will be recognized in the Aug. 22 edition of the Business Journal and at a special event held at the State Fair on Aug. 21.
