Forte Real Estate Partners advises Skin Rejuvenation Clinic on new 10,000 sq. ft. location in Edina
Forte’s Principal Steve Brown represented Skin Rejuvenation Clinic in their move from 7,567 sq. ft. in Southdale Medical to a new 10,000 sq. ft. highly visible location on the ground floor of France Place, 3601 Minnesota Dr, Suite 100, Edina. The renovation and relocation were completed at the end of July, when the clinic began operating out of the new space.
Brown and his team of Katie Trevena, vice president – Advisory, and Wally Tufvander, vice president – Project Management, worked with the clinic’s ownership to assess location options, represent them in negotiations with building landlords, and then manage the move and remodeling of the new clinic location.
Skin Rejuvenation Clinic, the Twin Cities’ leading skin and body clinic, was founded in 2004 by the husband-and-wife team of Dr. Elizabeth and Dr. Mark Hagberg.
Kristi Langemo, Regional Director of Operations at Cosmetic Physician Partners said, “The Hagbergs worked with Steve Brown during their initial clinic lease, and his familiarity with their business as well as the marketplace allowed us the flexibility to make the best facility decision possible to take this business to the next level.”
The goals of the new location included easy access for patients, updated interior design, and remaining in Edina. With guidance from Forte, Skin Rejuvenation Clinic was able to expand their footprint, reduce their overall real estate costs and relocate to a new state of the art facility that met the needs for a future-looking facility. Forte managed the project architecture, construction, medical casework, furniture, AV / IT, and relocation for a project that involved combining and renovating four suites on the first floor of France Place in a location that offers building signage and a private entrance for patient convenience.
“This was truly a win-win for the client and the property. Skin Rejuvenation, a Cosmetic Physician Partners Clinic, found a great long-term location that reflects the next chapter for this successful business, one that will serve their patients and their business well in the future. I’m proud to have helped the Hagberg’s again as they have advanced and grown their practice. Its exciting to be part of providing Skin Rejuvenation a new home for this thriving business.” said Brown.
Forte’s Healthcare Advisory practice works with clinics and practice groups from all healthcare specialties. Brown has worked with 225 healthcare clients over the past 35 years, from new development, relocation, to site selection, in sizes from 1,000 sq. ft. to more than 300,000 sq. ft.
