Forte Advises Healthcare Organizations on More Than 80,000 sq. ft. of Lease Renewals

Minneapolis (Jan. 20, 2026) – Forte Real Estate Partners’ Healthcare team of Steve Brown, CCIM, Katie Trevena, Ericka Miller, CCIM, and Jaime Dritz successfully advised numerous healthcare organizations on more than 80,000 sq. ft. of renewals in Q4 of 2025.

Children’s Minnesota accounted for four of the renewals totaling 45,439 sq. ft. across clinic locations in Woodbury, St. Louis Park, Maple Grove and an operational facility in Minneapolis.
