Forte Real Estate Partners represents OBGYN & Infertility and Maternal Fetal Consultants in expansion of Women’s Health Clinics

Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility (OGI) and Maternal Fetal Consultants worked with Forte Real Estate Partners advisors Steve Brown and Katie Trevena on two recent leases to expand the group’s growing women’s health platform in Maple Grove and Edina. Both clinics are a part of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a collaborating group of local medical practices, independently owned and led by physicians.
In Maple Grove, OBGYN & Infertility focus on women’s health and obstetrical care desired to maintain their space near the Maple Grove Hospital after 15 years in the Maple Grove market. OGI expanded their current clinic at Grove Health, 9550 Upland Ln N, Maple Grove, by 30% to 9,250 sq. ft. Grove Health, a 42,498 sq. ft. medical office building, was originally developed by Ryan Companies and is 100% leased.
In Edina, Maternal Fetal Consultants opened a new 3,000 sq. ft. clinic in Southdale Medical Office Building. The clinic, which opened on May 1, is led by Dr. Katherine Jacobs, a maternal medicine specialist who manages care in women that have complicated or high-risk pregnancies. Southdale Medical Center, a three-building medical office complex totaling approximately 420,000 sq. ft., is connected by tunnel to Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina.
CEO Bronagh MacCafferty and COO Deb Hecimovich leveraged Brown and Trevena’s market knowledge to assess the options that led to the Maple Grove expansion and the new Edina clinic.
“The challenge in identifying options is that availability on or near hospital campuses varies depending on the hospital campus. Some campuses have limited options available, while others have significant vacancies that present unique opportunities for clinical providers seeking space. Both clinics are located in well-managed buildings that are familiar to OGI’s patients,” said Brown, principal – Forte Real Estate Partners.
Brown has worked with OGI since 2008, before it joined i-Health, which now includes 18 specialty and primary care practices.
