Lease Admin Professional Claire Langland-Johnson joins Forte

Claire Langland-Johnson joins Forte Real Estate Partners to continue to build out the firm’s full-service commercial real estate platform. Langland-Johnson has spent nearly ten years analyzing, collecting, and monitoring lease documents and contracts. She was most recently at first National Realty Partners, where she developed and implemented procedures to streamline operations and oversaw lease due diligence as part of the property acquisition process.
Jim Jetland, Principal–Forte Real Estate Partners, values the data and analysis that comes from lease administration. “Lease Administration is a critical tool in our work to evaluate the real estate contracts for our clients and have a complete understanding of their portfolios,” he said. “Claire is the perfect addition to our team given her ability to dig into the details and also translate those details to clients.”
Previously, she worked for JLL, Robert Half, and Winthrop & Weinstine, where she worked closely with legal and commercial real estate professionals to review, abstract and input lease information, clarify vague or conflicting lease terms, ensure proper billing and provide compliance reports that detail monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
“The throughline of my career has been centering the client experience around trust, respect and teamwork. I am excited to bring my experience to a company that shares my values,” Langland-Johnson said. Langland-Johnson graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Walden University, and with a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She’s a member of MNCREW and has volunteered with Make a Wish and the Minnesota Literacy Council.
