EXPERIENCE
Joe Jetland values building lasting relationships with his clients and colleagues. He believes in acting as a partner to his clients, working to first understand their unique requirements, then to create strategies to meet their real estate needs.
Joe started with Forte Real Estate Partners in 2022 as a Senior Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2025. He is working primarily with Dan Lofgren on the Industrial Advisory Team focusing on tenant/buyer representation and corporate site selection. Prior to Forte, Joe worked for 10 years in sales and project management within the construction industry, specifically within the fire life safety and HVAC specialties.
When outside of the office, Joe loves to be active hunting, fishing, skiing, golfing, and spending weekends up north at the cabin with his wife Lauren, two young sons Charlie and Tommy, and chocolate lab Frankie.
