Forte’s Nancy Powell Completes 17,000 SF of Leasing at RMC Corporate Center

Forte Vice President, Nancy Powell, secured three leases this month totaling nearly 17,000 sq. ft. at RMC Corporate Center, a 78,000 sq. ft. single-story office flex building in Opus Park, 10901-10955 Bren Rd E.
- Snap Construction renewed their 2,839 sq. ft. lease at 10951 Bren Road, using the combined warehouse and office space to operate their residential remodeling business.
- jMO-FIT leased 5,526 sq. ft. for a fitness studio and personal training location, moving from a smaller space in Edina.
- Chrestomathy, a non-profit provider of high-quality employment services for adults with disabilities, leased 8,305 sq. ft., relocating from a nearby Bren Rd. property. The non-profit’s programs are uniquely tailored to the individuals, offering an enhanced staff ratio to ensure success for those with complex needs. The RMC Corporate Center is owned by Lyn-James LLC.
