Minneapolis, MN, June 11, 2024 – Forte Real Estate Partners (Forte) was announced as a 2024 Best Places to Work Awards honoree by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal. To view the announcement, click here.

To be selected, 20 Forte employees completed a survey to share where the company excels. Employees responded that all team members go above and beyond in their work, advocate for the organization, and intend to remain with the company into the future. According to Principal Jim Jetland, “We foster a culture that values innovative thinking, openness, integrity, mutual respect and recognition for each other, collaboration, working hard and having fun, and finally and equally as important, community enhancement.”

For 26 years, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has recognized organizations that put a premium on their employees with our Best Places to Work awards.

Together with Omaha, Neb.-based Quantum Workplace, the Business Journal has identified 70 companies in the region that scored high marks from their employees when asked to rate their employers on a variety of questions related to leadership, communication and more. The honorees are listed alphabetically will be ranked by their employee survey score in the Aug. 23 Best Places to Work special publication featuring all 70 winners.

In addition, all  honorees are invited to a special awards event at the Minnesota State Fair on Aug. 22.
