Forte Real Estate Partners is proud to announce the promotion of three internal team members, reflecting the firm’s continued commitment to developing talent from within and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Aggie Leovan has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager, Ray Helmuth to Director of Finance, and Claire Langland-Johnson to Director of Operations. Each promotion recognizes the individuals’ dedication, leadership, and meaningful contributions to Forte’s ongoing success.
Leovan has played an integral role in supporting Forte’s property management team and clients through her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first mindset. In her new role as Assistant Property Manager, she will continue to support day-to-day property operations and client service initiatives.
“I’m thankful for the chance to grow with Forte Real Estate Partners and take on the role of Assistant Property Manager,” said Leovan. “The support from Amy Melchior, Julie Abrahamson, Jan Murphy, Ray Helmuth & Chad Thomas has meant everything, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.”
Helmuth’s promotion to Director of Finance recognizes his leadership in strengthening Forte’s financial operations, strategic planning, and fiscal oversight. His experience and insight have been instrumental in supporting the firm’s growth and long-term vision.
“I’m honored to step into the role of Director of Finance at Forte Real Estate Partners,” Helmuth said. “I’m grateful for the trust and support of our leadership team and colleagues, and I’m excited to continue contributing to Forte’s growth and success.”
Langland-Johnson’s promotion to Director of Operations reflects her impact in driving organizational efficiency, collaboration, and operational excellence across the firm. In this role, she will oversee internal operations and continue building systems that support Forte’s expanding platform and client-focused approach.
“This next step is possible because of the incredible people I work with every day,” said Langland-Johnson. “I’m excited to build on our momentum and help drive operational excellence across the organization.”
