2024: A year of growth in project management at Forte
Reflecting on 2024, Forte’s Project Management offering was busier than ever, given the number of advisors who see how much value it brings to their clients. Wally Tufvander, Vice President – Project Management, has been busy and grateful for the ability to find savings in his clients’ projects, keep them on schedule, and ensure that the outcome matches the goals of the business.
He has undertaken many diverse and impactful projects, with 2024 his busiest year ever. He completed 16 projects in both office and industrial properties, totaling 632,500 square feet, valued at $18,000,000. Impressively, he logged nearly 6,000 miles driving from one side of the metro to the other. With a 25% increase in project work over 2023, he has demonstrated his dedication to Forte’s clients.

“Wally has been instrumental in assisting Forte clients with a wide range of projects, including complex renovations, strategic expansions, and seamless relocations. His ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously has not only ensured their successful completion but also reinforced Forte as a trusted partner in project management,” said Jim Jetland, Principal of Forte.
From overseeing the intricate interior build-out for SOMIC to coordinating the comprehensive relocation and renovation for Pella Northland and Revo Health, Wally’s expertise and commitment have been pivotal. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach have consistently delivered outstanding results, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
