Hear from the Twin Cities’ Premier Healthcare Real Estate Expert Steve Brown, CCIM at MNREJ’s 19th Annual Medical Properties Summit

Steve Brown, a 30-year veteran of the Twin Cities healthcare market, will join other esteemed commercial real estate experts at the 19th annual Medical Properties Summit hosted by the Minnesota Real Estate Journal.

Steve’s career has included advising more than 200 clients that span hospital systems, off-campus specialty clinical groups, and on-campus adjacent healthcare providers.

Given the state of flux of both healthcare, where many systems are still recovering for the post-Covid challenges of staffing and reimbursements (Read Article: Long-Haul Covid Infects Healthcare Real Estate), Steve will provide his perspectives on the patient, real estate, and financial trends that drive healthcare real estate.

Most recently, Steve and his team helped locate the second Children’s of Minnesota Mental Health clinic in Plymouth and advised specialty clinics on new ambulatory surgery centers. He’s also guided Hennepin Health Systems as they strategically plan for the long-term success of that land-locked downtown Minneapolis Level 1 trauma hospital system.
