Commercial Real Estate Marketing & Administrative Coordinator
In this position, you will gain experience in all areas of commercial real estate. You will primarily be working with Forte’s Office Manager to spearhead our marketing and social media campaign. You will be instrumental in assisting the Forte Advisory Team with maintaining property listings and preparation of documents for pitching new business. There will also be many administrative projects and some event planning.
Marketing Coordinator
- Be involved with and make recommendations in the preparation of the annual marketing plan, strategy and budget.
- Execute online social media marketing plan; write, create and post to online accounts.
- Create new website posts and make updates to the Forte website in WordPress.
- Track website and social media analytics. Updating of quarterly marketing progress reports.
- Assist real estate advisors in the preparation of market surveys created in Powerpoint and InDesign, based on available property searches from listing database, comps and available properties reports for prospects and property owners.
- Document creation and editing for real estate advisors including but not limited to lease proposals, property marketing proposals, tour packages, maps, letters, leases, and listing agreements.
- Develop and draft email marketing campaigns.
- Prepare mailing lists from various online sources for property mailers and advisory follow-up calls.
- Assist Property Management team with projects as needed.
- Plan and initiate video marketing campaign.
- Miscellaneous project work as needed.
Property Listing Coordination
- Update property listing brochures in InDesign then upload to online portal-Catalyst, LoopNet/Costar, and Crexi.
- Create and maintain the most current information on all commercial property listings online via Catalyst, LoopNet/Costar and Crexi.
- Updated monthly listing availabilities report for internal advisors.
- Create and initiate property broadcast emails via online sources.
Administrative Coordinator
- Admin tasks for the Property Management team as needed including updating documents, adjustments to card access systems, etc.
- Research company and contact information as well as information on commercial real estate properties as needed
- Plan/coordinate office events.
- Ensure that the copier/printers/office machines/telephones are working properly, call maintenance for repairs/service, etc.
- Log and schedule approved overnight delivery service.
- Greet employees and guests as they are coming and going.
- Answer main phone line and route incoming calls.
- Post outgoing mail.
- Keep kitchen neat and tidy.
