Julie joined Forte Real Estate Partners (Paramount) in 2003 as an Office Administrator whose primary responsibilities are to support brokerage services, marketing Paramount and its available properties, generating reports, proposals, financial analysis, maintaining the corporate client database and facilitating corporate communications. Julie has been an integral part in supporting vital corporate initiatives. Her excellent project management and communication skills are key in seeing a project through to its completion.
Julie has enjoyed the many years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry beginning in 1991 working with the Corporate Real Estate Services Division at The Shelard Group. She specialized in creative presentations, financial analysis, database management, and effective communication to corporate clients. While at Koll Real Estate (Shelard), Julie worked as a research analyst, developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of office and industrial properties, then converted that data into a qualitative and quantitative market summary of the Twin Cities metropolitan area on a quarterly basis. She joined CB Commercial (Koll Real Estate) in 1998 where she gained experience working with multiple brokers marketing many office and industrial properties. Julie designed property brochures, planned broker luncheons, and facilitated the corporate advertising campaign.
Julie earned a Bachelors of Science in 1989 with a major in Textiles and Clothing and a minor in Business from Minnesota State University-Mankato. She continued her college career by securing a Masters of Science in 1991 with a major in Textiles and Clothing and a minor in Gerontology from the University of Minnesota-St. Paul.
