Forte sells 2035 E County Road D Maplewood for $2.2 million 11,780 SF office property to adult daycare
Forte Real Estate Partners’ Vice President Nancy Powell represented Maplewood Largent Properties LLC in the sale of 2035 E County Road D, a 11,780 square feet Class B Maplewood office property. The building is situated on 1.25 acres of land in a prime location along Interstate 694. The buyer, CRDE Properties LLC, represented by KW Commercial’s Alex Moon, acquired the asset for $2,200,000, and intends to use it for their existing adult daycare business.
Powell has worked with Maplewood Largent Properties as a real estate advisor since 2021. During the years, Powell leased and sold the property as well as represented them in acquisitions.

While initially engaged to lease the property, I was successful in securing a short-term tenant through the Covid pandemic. With that tenant in place, and my in-depth knowledge of market conditions, I could guide the property owner towards selling where we successfully secured multiple offers”, stated Powell. “Creativity and acuity of market dynamics were key in the successful conclusion.”
