Forte Real Estate Partners’ John Young represents CE Print & Promo in move from St. Paul to Minneapolis
Minneapolis (October 8, 2025) – CE Print & Promo, a Des Moines, Iowa-based company, moved its Twin Cities operation from its long-time home in St. Paul to a larger space in Minneapolis.
The company’s search was precipitated by its recent acquisition of Seven Corners Print and Promo, and their projections for growth in the Twin Cities. On June 1, the firm moved from 21,000 sq. ft. at 1099 Snelling Ave., to the larger 38,000 sq. ft. space at 1820 Elm Street SE in Minneapolis, which is part of the University Industrial Park II owned by Link Logistics.
“Our move to Minneapolis marks a major milestone for CE Print & Promo as we position ourselves for long-term growth in the Twin Cities,” said Steve Hews, Co-Owner of CE Print & Promo. “The new space not only allows us to better serve our loyal customers but also gives us the flexibility to expand into new markets. John Young and the team at Forte Real Estate Partners were instrumental in helping us find a location that checked all the boxes—visibility, accessibility, and room to grow. John’s guidance and persistence throughout a complex lease and buildout process made all the difference.”
John Young, vice president – Advisory, Forte Real Estate Partners, worked with the firm to secure a central location easily accessible to their employees and customers. “The site selection process was complicated because the new site had to serve dual purposes. The first priority was service for their long-standing customers, and the second priority was accommodating growth over the next ten years. That meant visibility, freeway access, and convenient parking were key factors in the site selection process,” he said.
According to Young, it is on the “50-yard line of the Twin Cities” and has quick access to I-35W, Hwy. 280, and I-94.
