Forte completes sale of 33,470 sq. ft. NE Minneapolis Industrial building for $4.5M By: Phil Simonet, Principal
Forte Real Estate Partner’s Phil Simonet, John Young, CCIM, and Joseph Schultz completed the sale of 2301 Traffic Street NE, a 33,470 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution property located in the much-desired Mid-City Industrial Park in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Vertical Properties, LLC, represented by Albright Investments, acquired the asset, which was built in 1974 on 2.45 acres. The building will be a Minnesota distribution center for flooring products.
“The strong sale price demonstrates the continued demand for well-located, functional industrial properties,” said Phil Simonet, Principal-Forte Real Estate Partners.
