EXPERIENCE
Ericka Miller, CCIM, Vice President-Real Estate Advisory for Forte Real Estate Partners is a 26-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Ericka serves and supports office and healthcare clients to strategically align clients’ business goals with their real estate needs. She has a proven track record of developing and managing solid partnerships with local, regional, national and global business leaders.
Ericka focuses on strategic portfolio analysis, site selection, acquisitions/dispositions, comprehensive cost analysis comparisons, and lease negotiations. She is dedicated to building long-term relationships with and providing best-in-class real estate solutions to start-ups, mid-sized, and multi-national companies.
She has years of experience with companies such as Opus Northwest, L.L.C., Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Johnson Controls, Inc., and Kimble Co. While at Opus Northwest, LLC, Ameriprise and KimbleCo, Ericka negotiated or was part of team negotiations in over 1M square feet of lease and purchase agreements for industrial, office and retail users and landlords for companies of all sizes. She also has experience in mergers, transitions, project management and best practices for portfolio management of corporate accounts.
