Claire Langland‑Johnson is Director of Operations at Forte, a role she assumed in early 2026 following her significant contributions to the firm since joining in 2023. In this expanded leadership position, Claire oversees Forte’s internal operations and plays a central role in building scalable systems that support the firm’s growing platform, collaborative culture, and client‑focused approach. 

With more than a decade of experience in commercial and residential real estate, Claire has represented both landlords and tenants on behalf of publicly traded, private equity, and REIT firms.  Her background spans portfolio services, lease administration, and transaction support, bringing a strong operational lens to complex real estate environments. Claire’s leadership has helped strengthen Forte’s full‑service commercial real estate platform by aligning operational rigor with advisory excellence.

As Director of Operations, Claire is responsible for driving organizational efficiency and operational excellence across the firm. She leads the development and implementation of processes, tools, and systems that enhance collaboration across Advisory, Property Management, Project Management, Portfolio Services, and Workplace Solutions. Her work ensures that teams are supported with accurate data, clear workflows, and consistent standards as Forte continues to expand.

Claire continues to bring deep expertise in portfolio and lease management, including oversight of lease documentation, data integrity, critical date management, and reporting. She has extensive experience developing and managing teams of lease administration professionals and has worked on the private equity side overseeing lease due diligence and CAM analysis as part of acquisition processes.
