Aggie Leovan
EXPERIENCE
Aggie joined Forte Real Estate Partners in the fall of 2023 as a Property Administrator. Aggie plays a key role in supporting Forte’s Property Management team with emphasis on accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoice processing, and financial reporting. Aggie is responsible for taking a share of property service calls and e-mails from tenants; vendor contracts and COIs, and W9 processing; as well as handling of leasing documents and tenant COIs. She strives to create value by promoting and fostering positive relationships with tenants and clients.
Aggie comes to Forte with 6-year experience at Cushman & Wakefield as a Vendor Management Associate, Lease Administration Associate and, most recently, a Property Administrator with Securian Financial as a client. In this role, she supported the Senior Property Manager, the Space Planning & Occupation team, the team of on-site building engineers, as well as remotely supported the Property Manager of Securian Canada.
Aggie’s positive attitude and willingness to learn new aspects of her job is a great asset to Forte. She brings new ideas and perspectives to our team.
EDUCATION
Born and raised in Poland, Aggie earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Master of Arts in American Literature from the University of Łódź, Poland.
