Everyone talks about culture but at Forte, we live it. We work together to build houses, pack meal kits, and support healthcare for those in need.
Our employees commonly used the word ‘collaboration’ to describe our workplace culture.
Each quarter, we plan a team-building event – some include a non-profit focus, and some are just for fun. Tour de Forte, our annual bike outing, has taken us around the Minneapolis chain of lakes and out to Excelsior. Our non-profit support brings us to Feed My Starving Children, Habitat for Humanity, and Every Meal.
