Katie Trevena is a Senior Vice President of Advisory for Forte Real Estate Partners and has been involved in commercial real estate for 16 years. Katie serves and supports office and healthcare clients to strategically align clients’ business goals with their real estate needs. Her background in the industry has provided her with the knowledge to implement creative real estate solutions that allow her clients to achieve their key business objectives.
Katie focuses on strategic portfolio analysis, site selection, acquisitions/dispositions, comprehensive cost analysis comparisons, and lease negotiations.
