EXPERIENCE

Reed Salmon started his career in Real Estate in 2016 as a Real Estate Paralegal, abstracting leases for a Fortune 500 company. In 2017 Reed joined Excelsior Advisory as a Lease Administrator, primarily supporting the Healthcare Advisory team and its clients with lease management and critical date tracking.

In 2021 Reed was promoted to Portfolio Services Manager at Forte, while continuing to serve the Healthcare team as well as the Office and Industrial Advisory teams. Reed is the point of contact for our Portfolio clients with all lease-related questions, while continuing to provide lease management, as well as demographic mapping and lease accounting services. His responsibilities also include ensuring that lease documentation is complete, data is verified and critical dates are managed and communicated. He provides clients with monthly reporting on critical dates and lease expirations, as well as, ensuring that “pending items” are addressed and portfolio data is complete.

EDUCATION

Reed is a licensed real estate professional and a 2016 Graduate of Hamline University, majoring in Legal Studies and minoring in Business Practice while also receiving a Paralegal Certificate.

He is currently taking classes to earn his CCIM designation to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
